Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return products within 14 days after your delivery date.

Please return products only as an insured package. Please note, that returns by registered mail are not insured. Personalized items are excluded from exchange.

The general return procedure: 

  • In order to make a return, please contact Ariane Ernst vial mail.
  • You can return products within 14 days after your delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition they arrived.
  • All items must be returned unworn and undamaged with the original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Mark the package clearly visible with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
  • You need a product in a different size? Feel free to contact us.
  • You pay the handling fee for unclaimed packages.

Refund policy: 

If you want to make a return, please contact Ariane Ernst vial mail. In order to fulfill the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of your revocation right before the revocation period expires. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately.

Please always add your contact information to your package and tell us your shipping number. Ariane Ernst also recommends to keep the receipt of the parcel service with all important shipment information.
